Domestic and international freight forwarder

Job Description:

• organizing the transportation of goods,
• giving instructions and advice on the conditions of carriage, choice of means of transport and route of shipments,
• overseeing freight processes, including informing the principal of obstacles to its execution,
• optimizing transport routes, negotiating freight rates,
• taking care of high quality/timeliness of executed orders,
• Taking care of good relations with carriers and customers,
• Active participation in expanding the customer and carrier base,
• ensuring that the fleet is sufficient to carry out current orders,
• taking care of the positive result on the executed orders, execution of the established plan,
• ongoing analysis and optimization of profits generated by the company's rolling stock

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience in the freight forwarding industry (a mandatory requirement),
• A minimum of high school education,
• Ability to communicate and work efficiently in a team,
• Day-to-day cooperation with carriers on ongoing orders,
• Conscientiousness and high motivation,
• good work organization,
• good knowledge of English,
• knowledge of other foreign languages will be an added advantage.

International and domestic driver

Requirements:

• C+E driver's license,
• driver's card,
• qualification certificate,
• A minimum of one year's experience,

Warehouse worker - forklift operator

We are looking for warehouse workers for our logistics center in Łódź. - forklift operators

Job Description:

• Receiving and inspecting deliveries based on delivery documents,
• manual unloading of containers
• Correct positioning of goods in storage bays, on high-bay racks or in blocks,
• Decompletion/completion of goods based on documents using a scanner, working on the scanner and in the WMS system,
• Annual, random inventories,
• Taking care of order at the workplace and entrusted property.
  

Requirements:

• Experience working in a warehouse,
• knowledge of warehouse management,
• Experience working on a scanner and with WMS systems,
• Knowledge of applicable health and safety and fire protection regulations,
• UDT forklift licenses, backed by practical experience,
• Experience in driving a picker truck is welcome.
