Another agreement between UNIQ LOGISTIC and MLP Group has been signed, thanks to the support provided by AXI Immo.
In the second quarter of this year, we will have 11,500 sqm of space available in the modern MLP Łódź logistics park. We will offer our clients 11,000 sqm of warehouse space, with approximately 300 sqm dedicated to office and social facilities. The investment will meet BREEAM certification requirements and will feature, among others, modern unloading docks, wide maneuvering areas and parking lots, glazing in the office part, which will increase access to daylight and provide our employees with better working conditions.
With warehouse space in prestigious facilities and convenient locations, we can offer attractive and competitive deals on logistics services.
